hello.. i'm kinda new here.. i was searching on "how do nurse managers manage conflicts".. then i happened to arrive on this link -> http://allnurses.com/nursing-student...ew-143001.html..

i really appreciate you sharing your experiences regarding it..

can I share how you manage conflicts in my class? I'm a masteral student - 1st year.. And our teacher asked us to interview nurse managers on how they manage conflicts in their area.. Can you tell me your name and the name of the hospital where you work? SO that I could share your experience to my teacher and classmates.. thank you... hoping you would reply.. God bless!

When I was having my make-up duty in the pediatric ward, one of my patient has a medical diagnosis of AGE (acute gatroenteritis) with mild DHN (dehydration), experienced vomiting and abdominal pain couple of days prior to admission (PTA).
She was having a fever, with T=38C, she has a cold and clammy skin on both lower and upper extremities, positive chilling and claimed that she feels cold..do you think it is still advisable to render TSB, despite of the fact that she feels really cold??

i really admire the way you explain things..
am not fond of asking questions about my chosen career, co'z honestly i always do my best to solve problems I encountered in this field (despite I'm still a student).
But i hope u can help me if problems become very overwhelming..hope to read more of your post..
u're a great help for future nurses.
    God bless!

I think they deliberately gave you a lot of options for nursing diagnoses. The choice really comes down to prioritizing the nursing diagnoses you decide to go with.
