hi krystal! congrats on your position! i wanted to ask a question about your interview. i've only been through many adult med/surg type of interviews. what can i expect from an interview from the nicu? i'm assuming they will ask why i want to work with kids and perhaps what i'd do in a situation where a mother loses her child, but i can't think of anything else. are there critical thinking/situational type questions? i have my first interview with nicu and i feel like it will be sooo different! thanks in advance!
