    Hi Commuter

I noticed on one of the threads that you've decided to go back to school for your RN. Congratulations! You'll be an awesome RN!

I am a recent grad from an LVN program in Cali and I really want to go back for my RN. The issue is that I want to go to a private "trade" school but I'm afraid that I'll be ruining my nursing career by doing this.

I wanted your opinion... do you think going to a trade school really affects what employers think of us? Do you think its only a good idea for those who are likely to get hired with their LVN employer... Or do they most likely just look at "RN"... I used to think that an RN is an RN no matter what but now i'm second guessing myself...
