Awesome!!! I actually just applied for their New grad residency program. I am interested in ICU but they only allow apps for that area if you have completed your senior practicum in ICU, which at my school we were not able to choose where we wanted to do our practicum. Bummer. Well I would love to work at UCH or Children's so hopefully I will get something nailed down. Do you have any suggestions?
