I read a post where you said you were an HR. I would like to know if you could offer any advice to a new nurse on how to get noticed. I have applied everywhere. Looking at out of state things now, military nursing, correctional- everything. My preference would be to stay in state. Is there anything you could think of that would make an HR want to hire me dispite me being a new nurse?
