I'm not sure what I want to do. I Just feel pretty useless in my current job. Not sure I could handle a 90k annual patient census in a 40 bed ED anymore. I am looking into hospice, but they just aren't hiring, especially since I've been out of a medical facility for so long.

kat, i'm still trying to figure out the true benefit/function of the buddy list.

i've extended invites to posts i consistently enjoy, or who i have 'known' for yrs.
it's just "nice"...
