    Leslie,
Thank you so much for your thoughts.
I'll tell you, I thought so highly of Hospice Nurses after my Dad had Hospice; however, now with Mom, they are just OVER THE TOP!!! we can't say enough POSITIVE things about them. They have been a god-send not just for me, bit especially for my SIL, who is Mom's primary care-giver. You guys who work Hospice have my undying respect & love!!
I don't know how you do it!!

I hope you have been well. Again, thanks so much for your su

It's HTML (Web Page Code). You know when you quote someone's post? You begin it like -> [ quote ]Quoted Text[ /quote ] <- You end it like that. Same goes in HTML except you use < and > instead of [ and ].

    <begintag>DATA</endtag> The / means END.

    <hate> <-start hate (Bad obviously)
</hate> <- end hate (Get it? End Hate!)

    A bit geeky I admit.

Yes, new beginnings. I can't wait. I'm very anxious at this point. I've been walking almost every day for about 30-45 minutes. The doc said I need to throw in some weight-lifting and to cut my carbs at night and keep them for during the day. So I've been keeping a Diet diary, been eating less than 1250 calories, some days about 1000-1100 calories. I've been getting at least 60gm of protein, somedays 80gms which has really helped.
