they called me yesterday at 6pm, 9pm their time! i was napping so i didn't pick up. no voicemail. i called them back today and they said "oh we resolved it.. you'll hear from us soon".. that's all i got. i hope that's a good sign. they probably sent out stuff today or will send stuff out monday.. so i'm hoping we'll hear something by tuesday.
