apparently different institutions needed different licenses. It will depend on which company/hospital you are going to apply for. If you're going to do the walk-in, you may consider NOT to take the exams before you have your employer, Just explain the details why you havent taken the interview/exam yet. In my case, I'm for Dubai and be taking either MOH/DOH, depending on the need of the employer. I got a thread somewhere in the forum. u might search for it
