Hi Cathy! I love working at OLOP. The kids can be a real challenge trying to figure out what is normal behavior and what isn't! LOL. We use behavior analyst on my floor which I think is great. They try different behavior modification on them trying to prevent putting them in holds or restraints. If you ever want to come back and work in Louisville just let me know because we could always use a good nurse like you.
