Sorry, it said that my post was too long so I had to break it up!!LOL

What were your tests like? Were the test based off of the lectures, or stuff in the book that may not have even been discussed? Are the calculations test hard and was it easy to learn? How were your clinicals? Where the instructors patient and helpful? I'm SO SORRY to ask you so many questions, but I read so many of these posts on allnurses and quite frankly, it scares the crap out of me. I even told my friend that I might have to stop coming on here bc some of it really discourages me. I know that once I get in, I'll have a better feel for what is going on. I'm just glad to know someone who has already been through the program bc there hasn't been much talk from other SCC students on here. Please help!!! I will greatly appreciate any info. that you can give!!!

Hi swirlything!I asked you a few questions about SCC's program about a month ago.I come to you today because I'm starting to get really nervous about starting in the fall.I'm a mother of two and got into the program with a 3.3 gpa, but I'm starting to wonder if it'll be too much for me!I've wanted this for so long, and I know I'll give it 110%, but what did you do to calm your nerves? I've been reading Fundamentals of nursing and Dosage Calculations both by Incredibly Easy to kind of get familiar with my first two classes. Do you have any other suggestions as to how to make my first sememster a little easier?
