    if you download the form, i think they don't ask you how long your course will be...you will attach a certificate of enrollment. in the blank asking for reason for applying for such visa, you can specify that you are taking a non-award course that is set for 13 weeks.

    yes the student visa depends on how long your enrolled course will be. they don't require work experience.
    all documents should be certified true reproduction of the original one...and yes by a notary public.
