Hi ez2000, Im sorry to not get back to you quicker but I have been really busy getting ready to start school plus I have 3 kids (all 5 yrs and under) Anyway maybe I was'nt clear,I am an LPN and I was talking about work for such. Im not sure about what the market is like for Rn new grads but I get the lpn advance mag and there are always ads in there for facilities that are willing to try new grads. Also I have my resume on careerbuilder and Ive seen some ads there also. You are right alot of hospitals are saying they are on a freeze but my experience has been that this is nt always true. Find out who the DON is and email that person or fax directly to them. You are going to have to find new ways to get your resume seen and try some private offices,they pay less but any experience is good experience. Sorry I couldnt be more helpful.
