Thanks Jackie. I appreciate the positive feedback. I'd recommend looking at the current issue of AJN for an article on the customer service issue. I'm afraid you are right about the motivation of some of the newer crop of nurses. Since the money got better, the profession is attracting people who are in it JUST for the money and that is never a good motivator IMHO.
