Actually they don't hire UP RNs only. But truth of the matter is, they usually lean towards hiring UP, St. Paul and PLM graduates since the said school have clinical rotations in their hospital.. School won't be a problem, they hire everybody if you just pass the hiring process.. If you have question please feel free to ask
