To answer your question, after the interview, Ms. Hinoki offered me a spot on the cohort. I thought about it over the weekend, and emailed her the next Monday that I was going to take it.
The ELMN program has been my first choice throughout this whole process. It certainly isn't perfect for everybody, but it is a good fit for me.
I wasn't expecting anyone to be online tonight, but I guess tomorrow, April 1st, is the day when everyone is supposed to be notified. I assume it is by email, since that seems to be the preferred mode of communication.

I just wanted to send you a little extra good luck on your interview. I was in your position last week and I remember how anxious I felt, wondering how it was going to go. My best advice is to just be your amazing self and relax. I can tell how much you want this and all you need to do is let her know!
Additionally, I think the fact that you got an interview is a good sign...I didn't want to post this on the main thread, but Ms. Hinoki offered me a spot in the CSULA ELMN class immediately following my interview. I don't know if this happens for everyone, but your wait might be over soon! I hope we actually will become classmates! YAY!
I checked the articulation agreements with Pasadena City College and sure enough there is a match. I am waitlisted for one of the classes.
Transcripts: It says the Fall deadline is March 15th--do all my transcripts need to be received by the admissions office by the 15th or postmarked the 15th by the school. I am going in tomorrow to have my transcripts sent out, but I am not sure whether or not to rush them.
I will spend the rest of the night............. thinking about csula!
We posted to each other on the CSUF thread I created and you have mentioned you applied to CSULA SUMMER 2009. I am curious if you have heard from Kathleen Hinoki regarding interviews. I read on a CSULA thread she had called applicants for interviews on Feb. 20th. Please keep me updated. I am such a worry wort.
