I haven't passed yet, well all I can say is just don't rush it, if you feel you can't take it yet, then don't, I am just stubborn, I know I can't pass it yet but I took the chance anyway.
I was using Nclex 3500, kept answering it, I was only 80% and sometimes 74 or 68%, and there are topics that I still lack knowledge of, when you answer questionnaires it also shows what you need to study.
If it's your first, then what I can advise you is to just keep practicing questions until you get 100% on them,and keep reading the rationales.
I had to learn the hard way. So just don't rush it and make a habit of studying and pray.
