Thanks Equinox! like new grad residency programs or sponsorship wherein as you pass the NCLEX they would hire you. Am scheduled to retake the NCLEX-RN last week of April. Maybe any lower positions/entry level will do..best regards!

However I did want to thank you for your responses and for the intelligent way you stated them; I agree wholeheartedly with what you said!
