    I am entering my last semester of nursing school. I applied for an ICU preceptorship with the intention of working in the ICU when I get MedSurg under my belt. I feel that an ICU experience while still in school would better prepare me for the whole picture since I've already had MedSurg rotations.

    Any advice?
