how about this...I'll post the requirements here..and you make a new thread about it... I'm not sure if VRP is still hiring but i've submitted my application last february 18...here are their requirements:

resume with 2x2 picture
Transcript of records
diploma
rle form
cert of good moral character
prc license
board rating
board passing or board certificate
NBI clearance
SSnumber
TIN
Birth certificate
Residence certificate
(submit photocopies only)
2pcs (1x1) picture
at least 5 character references with complete address and contact number
seminars and trainings attended
certificate of employment

must have a board rating of >80 and with IVT training

after they have screened your application, you wil be required to submit certified true copies of some of the documents... i hope this helps

I don't know if the 3rd and 4th edition have big difference because I don't hold a copy of the 3rd edition. But I think there is a huge difference because why would they publish another edition if they don't have new informations added. I don't have the telephone number of the store wherein i bought my book. But you can reach them in front of PRC. Its a matter of bargaining. Good luck.
