Oh! I think neither actually. I'm taking my prerequisites at AACC but I think I'm going to apply to Stevenson; they have an evening/weekend program which would be great for me. UMSON and AACC are full time days.
I haven't started yet! This is a second career for me. I have a M.Ed. and B.S. in Early Childhood Education. After 5 years of teaching, and giving birth to my son, I decided life is too short to do something you aren't passionate about. I was talked out of nursing my freshman year by a boyfriend that said math and science weren't my "strong suit."
I'm a stay-at-home-mom hoping to be a working BSN by the time my son is in preschool or kindergarten. I'm taking one or two prerequisites at a time, hoping to apply to a BSN program for Fall 10'.
My ultimate goal is to either be a CRNA or a IBCLC. I know, different ends of the spectrum! I have plenty of time to figure it all out.
