    Hi Angela,
Its been awhile since I have talked with you so I wanted to see how everything was going? Hope your second quarter is going well. If you have time, I would love details!

I have started the count down until I start (and quit my job!). Im getting really excited. All my financial aid has went through and all I have left to do is my liability insurance and eventually health insurance when I lose mine. Do you have any suggestions on the health insurance (who to go with, how much does it run, etc?) Also, I noticed on our CAMS website it says you have to dress bus casual or prof scrubs while in lectures. Do you wear scrubs to school? Are you allowed to wear ones other than the ones they give you?

Sorry for all the questions. I know you are busy so dont hurry in getting back to me. Im just getting anxious!!

    Have a great weekend!

Hey there! Im excited to start...but not so much about the pretty scrubs I see in the picture on their website!

So I have to attend the financial aid thing on 4/21. I was just curious if that is when they will let you know if you can afford to go to school! I thought we were suppose to have a one on one but they kept stressing about me going to the seminar. Im getting so excited to start school, but nervous something is going to get in the way...like financial aid! Just wondering if you had any insight.

Thanks and have a wonderful day!

Hey I just had a quick question for you. I saw they provide a Nurse Pack or whatever. What all does that include? And is that rolled into our tuition or do we pay apart from tuition!

    Have a great weekend!

Hi there,I wanted to give you some hope. I'm completing my third quarter at Hondros in Fairborn. We did our OB rotation for clinicals at Clinton Memorial Hospital. We were able to see the entire process through, from antepartum, the delivery, and postpartum. Some of us weren't as lucky, because it's a smaller hospital and babies weren't born while they were there. Fortunately I did get to observe the entire process. The nurse even let me give the newborn the vitamin K shot and put eye drops in their eyes after the birth.I hope you do get the opportunity too.

Hi, I am thinking of applying to the ADN program at Hondros. Could you please share your experience so far with the school and about the negative postings about them in this forum. Have they done anything to turn it around? Please send me your thoughts so that it would help my decision process. Thank you.

No they only start on the 6th week during the first quarter just so you guys have a little under your belts before you start. After that they will start during the first or second week depending on when you have your orientation to your site.

Hey for some reason I can't send PM's so hopefully this will get to you. I'm still at Hondros. I forgot about the deadline for Christ (which is today) and don't have my papers to turn in to them so I'm going to stay at Hondros. I'm still upset with the school because there have already been a couple mix ups this quarter. But I'm going to stick it out with them and hope for the best. Good luck on your first quarter, and if you have any questions or anything just let me know!

    Tim
