    a "too caring" cna
I am a cna, I worked pretty hard to get this small degree at my age, I am proud of it. Where I work , assisted living, they have RA's, and I am the only one that is a cna. They put on my name tag RA, maybe it's no big deal , but why will they not give me my title? Also they took pictures for the hall board and I don't have mine up yet because I know it will say Resident Assistant. Can I do anything about that? I have already asked one lady that does payroll and she said, everyone here is considered RA. Should I ask the main supervisor or just drop it? It is just the fact that I was proud of getting my school finished and passing my state board tests. Does this happen in assisted livings for the sake of the low pay or why do they do this?
