Hi Mariposa. I'm looking for work too. It's not easy even for an experienced nurse. We have to get media attention. The message has to change from there is a shortage to the the poor working conditions we endure.

I too would like to be involved in planning something that could get attention to our profession. I love nursing. I want to be a nurse and I want my profession to be the best it can possibly be.... but I first need to get a job. Ha.

Hi! I saw your post from the other day about driving in the snow. I am from Florida too (Native!!) and moving to Vermont this spring. I am soooooo nervous about driving in the snow so it's good to know that it is possible, even for us Floridians!
