    Sorry I haven't replied sooner. Been super busy. They actually don't count any transfer credits towards your actual GPA, but in the case that you are transfering all prereqs I am sure they will consider your GPA from your previous school. The program is not impossible to get into but it is competitive.

    Hello GaNurse31763,

    I also have the same questions as youcandoit about Darton College. Do they calculate the GPA for all college classes taken or just the prerequiste courses? My prerequisite GPA is good, but if they count all the college courses that I have taken, it wont be very high. I have completed all my prerequisite classes and I plan to take the HESI exam once I apply to the program. I am having a tough time deciding if I should move to Albany. I have spoken to the nursing department, and they do not give a lot of information.

    Your help will be appreciated.
