Anyway r u starting your prereqs in the fall or u mean the nursing program? I wouldnt know what to advice if u mean you're staring nursing school already because I myself hasnt started. But if u're starting pre-reqs full time, I would say for ur first semester do NOT take a full load of classes..take 12 units..not 16. U may think u can do it and stuff (and maybe u can) but dont rush..dont take the risk..good grades are better than getting them done really fast. Do NOT take 2 science classes in one semester. Balance ur classes..hard and easy ones. I am not good at time managing either..but just make sure u dont procrastinate. If u can, record ur professor during lecture and listen to the record on ur ipod or something. Chem is hard. Just dont EVER slack off. Think positive about chem. If u start saying omgosh I wont pass, then u wont. So think like u will pass, n u will
- Hi future nicu nurse, I was looking through the forums and noticed you made a post saying you were starting your pre-reqs and that was last summer so is there anything you learned that you could pass on to me like time management tips and advice about chem.. I'm terrible at it. I'm starting my 4 year BSN next fall so any advice you have to offer would be really helpful. Thanks!
