Its nice to meet you, what you asked is a really loaded question. Getting into Nursing schools in RI isn't easy but it definitely is doable. I would start taking classes where you are now (just find out if they can transfer to schools in RI) and when you can come back to RI so you can apply to Nursing schools. As far as being a CNA goes, in most places it doesn't make a lot of money but the experience is invaluable. I would suggest that you become a CNA if you can and then try to get hired at a hospital (be sure to push the point that your a nursing student which will help you get hired.)
