i went to the nursing office about a month ago to look around and see how the classrooms will look like. and one of ladies that work there told me what i needed to do... make 3 copies of everything in the admission check list.. 2 for them and 1 for yourself.... she also said to submit a passport-size photo with name, stony brook id number, and 1 yr program written on the back of it. i actually graduated from Stony Brook 3 years ago... with Health Science... so I am very familiar with the HSC building very well as well as the hospitial....
