Yes that is so true everyone has his or her own perception of the hospital. What specialty did you go in? I spoke to her last night and she told me that they had cut back on the benefits and the 401k matching amt. But atleast she still has her job and gets mad overtime whenever she wants. Hi I recieved you insight about delray and I thank you. I have already made my decision already and have taken the position, I cannot judge a plac ethat I have never worked at and all these people that have worked there and heard bad things about the facility well its there choice, I am a leader and not a follower and with that being said I think it was really a very nice place when I went there and they all were so friendly.so as far as I an concerned its all a matter of opinion. I can say that your friend was lucky to have 6 months of exp and be given that amount thats great. as far as you going there if you give your friend as a reference she will get I believe 3,000 so sure she would want you to come on board well maybe one day I will meet you it would be nice. I am so ecited and cant wait to start the versant program all new nurses w/o exp must apply for this or they cannot be accepted as an employee as a rn. there. this is all new from what I have heard. good luck
