I actually was needing info from nurses who are currently practicing in Ontario. I was pretty shocked because in the hospitals I have been in there is always a sharps box on the wall in every room. I can totally understand why you would be recapping in your circumstance. I would do the same because it would be better than sticking someone on your way to the disposal box. I apparently am not allowed to send private messages...but I just wanted to ask....you are saying that you have no disposal containers in the rooms?? Where do you work if you don't mind me asking?
