Conversation Between rbezemek and Lucky0220

I am a new grad currently speaking with a recruiter who has a manager that is very interested in meeting me. The thing is, that it's for St Mary's in Port Arthur or St Eliz. in Beaumont and I have heard such awful things about both of those cities. I had lived in Dallas for 29 years, and just finished nsg school in Louisville, KY and want to move back to Texas. What can you tell me about those 2 cities?
