As an LPN in PCU/cardiology; I did IV starts, lab draws, telemitry, dressing changes, tube care, medications, charting, ROM, changed linens, respiritory tx and care, took hx and daily chart check, BP,I&O, BM chartings, feeding, cleaning, and all the duties. The only thing I did not do was IV push narcotics and I was asked to and declined due to rules. I did not do care plans, and I did call the Doctors when needed. Also did intake and discharge. Post mortum care. ACLS certification, critical care course, BLS.
