LPNs in this area can find jobs in LTC, corrections, and physician offices. In corrections/LTC you can expect to make $17+. In Dr offices it is sig. less, however usually better benifits. I don't think it is hard to find a job as an LPN, but don't expect to get into a hospital because for some reason in this area they aren't hiring them. Good luck at the Big B.. did u have trouble finding a job, that is what i am hearing from lots of folks that lpn graduates from brown mackie, have a hard time finding a job?
if you dont mind me asking, what is the average starting rate for lpn right out of school around our area?
i am starting fundamentals 2 monday, i will be done in october.
