Hello,
It sounds like you got a good score and I think you have a good chance of getting in. They don't have a waitlist, since they are an expensive private school, they just take the top 30 students from the NET scores, I believe. I was in the LPN program there; even though I had a really high score on the NET and could have started the RN. I kind of wish I'd started the RN, but it was just too expensive for me. The LPN program sucked...too much drama and BS in the class, arguing, childish gossip, cheating, etc, and teachers didn't do anything about it. Neither did the (former) director of nursing. I hear that the RN program has better teachers, though. I know one of the clinical instructors for the RN program (if she's still there) and she's very nice. My advice to you is trust your instincts about what to do; and don't let the admissions reps (aka salespeople) talk you into something that you aren't sure about. They will do anything they can to get you enrolled. It seemed to me like all they care about is the money. They don't care if something happens in a student's life, like serious illness or death in the family -- you still get penalized. I am sorry if this is coming across too negative -- I am just being honest. I left the Concorde LPN program only after one quarter and switched to Pickens Tech (much better there!! but they only have an LPN program, no RN); however, even though I had Stafford Loans and grants disbursed to Concorde for that first quarter, they say I owe them (the school themselves) $6000 -- even though I waited until the end of the quarter to leave and gave notice. They're charging me for a second quarter even though I'd already withdrawn by then. So, beware and very cautious as you make your decision. Make sure to talk to some students currently in the RN program, so they can give you their insights and advice. Most of all, best wishes and good luck to you for whatever you decide to do. I hope this information has helped at least some.

Take care and blessings!
Cara R.
