    Hi there, I read your post on the topic of receiving phone calls where you talked about how tough it was for you to phone others to fill shifts.

    What are your thoughts on automated systems that do this. Once you identify the need to fill a shift, a program can send requests for coverage via SMS text messages, emails and automated voice calls. Once the request was received, the individual could then accept/decline the shift (i.e. Press 1 to accept, press 2 to decline or reply 321 to accept, etc.) Would a system like this work?
