I'm truly sorry that you cannot see the value of 32 years of multilevel experience in nursing. That says volumes to me about your appreciation for the wisdom gained of experience. One does not learn everything one needs to know in 1.5 years of acute care. If you cannot value all of your fellow professionals then you cannot expect them to value you in return. This will only lead to further disrespect in the profession which in turn keeps us all from being recognized as the true professionals we are.
