Yea, I heard a lot of bad things about it too--it really made me fearful of choosing LMU. But, like I said, overall I do like the school. I feel like my teachers are educated, and know what they are talking about. About the A thing, I do not want to discourage you, but --out of 35 student who started..there has only been 2 A's in the class. We have already lost about 10-12 students. You know you have to make at least an 80, which is a B. So, not saying that it can't be done, but I would say it is ver hard!! If you have a 4.0 going in, then you prolly have a good chance of doing very well. Just know, that nursing classes/tests are very different from pre-req tests. It is very application based.
I will be going to the Alcoa site. I got my letter last week. I am glad to hear you like the school. You hear so many people talking down on LMU. I really believe some people would complain if everything was handed to them. I think it is just how bad you want something. How hard is it to keep your grades high. Is it possible to come out of nursing with an A. I have a 4.0 going in.
Hey there, just wondering how you like LMU. I have applied for the fall 2009 and am hoping to get in. How your experience there been ok. I mean I know nursing altogether is tough but all and all is it a good school
