I saw your posting on the OR nursing thread and was wondering how things were going for you now. I am going through the same things as a new grad nurse and getting eaten alive it seems! I love what I do but have never felt so inadequate and never new that I had a latent trait all these years that would suddenly come out at age 40 which would make me stupid, dumb, arrogant and all the other things they say about me!!

If things are better, what did you do to that helped?
