    I am so sorry to hear about your husband. I hate that. I too went through something similar, only my husband did not die. It is horrible. I am just now starting litigation and it is horrible. with depositions....I am a nurse...but in our event I was the family member. would you be willing to email me with advice? or just share your wisdom? I have never been deposed and they want to take my deposition first for some reason
