Thanks for the insight on the mt view question in the Nevada thread. I am actually going to interview with them next week. What I heard from the recruiter is that the unit is 38 beds which seems really big to me. Was it busy all time? Did they have a mix of medical and surgical?

I appreciate your taking a whack at the questions. Being out of state it is so hard to get info about places in LV.
