Well thank you very much. i was praying for someone to tell me what to do because i have to know by tomorrow whether or not i am gonna quit my job. I decided to take them both in the fall. I mean I wont be owrking and i will literally ONLY be studying! I am a pretty good student i have a good memory and learn fast. I really appreciate you getting back to me i feel alot better about my decision. And now we wont be short on money this summer. So you are almost done?! I bet you cant wait! What would you say is the hardest part about the program? I have also heard that teh teachers are pretty good adn willing to help you out alot is that true? Well once again thank you so much! Have a good day!

Hi, Abby, I am just about to finish up the program. I hate to give you too much advice because I know the program is changing, and I think one of the changes is the pharm class - but here's what I experienced.I took fundamentals and pharm together. The pharm I took was online and 15 weeks. I did not like taking it online at all. Fundamentals isn't really hard, but there is a lot of reading. You are learning about vitals, bed making, culture, things like that. Even though the content isn't hard, the tests are tricky until you get used to them.Personally, I think it is doable, but it depends on what kind of student you are, and how much you are willing to work. The pharm tests weren't that hard - she pretty much tells you what you need to know, and then you better know it! I always thought I did poorly on her tests, but ended up actually doing pretty well.

Hi my name is Abby and I am entering schoolcrafts nursing program in the fall this year. I am nervous and I am wondering about the Fundamentals of Nursing class. I have to take that plus the new class they added( Pharmacology for Nurses) in teh fall and I am wondering if i am going to be overwhelmed. I have an opportunity to take the Pharm class in the Spring but I would have to quit my job (and since we just bought a house it will be financially tough!) I guess i want your opinion, hould i take the pharm class in the spring and quit work(we will be ok financially just have to not go out as much!) or do you think taking them both in the fall will be doable? Thanks so much in advance. I am glad someone is from schoolcraft here!
