Hi may be it is too late, but try Buszta NCLEX review. Her team is very good in preparing students for NCLEX. Her course costs $450. I met many people who passed NCLEX with her. I will start taking her class in May. Her website is http://busztanclex.com/

Welcome here What sort of training programs are you looking for- do you mean further schooling? If you mean for the job- if you're already licensed as an RN, you'd get an orientation period wherever you were hired (ask how long that period is when you are interviewing)... Is that what you are asking?
