hi, they hire new grads all the time, I was a new grad. Mr klinek likes to talk a lot, you have to keep on him. They are short on nights right now so It would probably be better if you said you wanted nights. Rn get 27.74 with $3 diff and another $3 for weekends. you work everyother weekend. It's okay while you are waiting for a position to open up in acute care. it will def help your skills, lots of gts, wound care and vents if you are on the second floor. hope this helps
