hello! i went to PRC-cdo yesterday and unfortunately my board cert is not yet available. i asked them if they could give me a letter or a cert to prove that it is still being processed, sadly they didnt give me any. i approached their supervisor and explained how badly i needed the document but she simply said that i have no other choice but to wait. i felt really, realy bad!
