- Good day,
Don't mean to pry into your company, but I was wondering if you could tell me whether or not you've obtained other certifications and training besides ABRA’s certifications. I was doing some research and it seems like a lot of certification and training is needed such as the Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response Standard (HAZWOPER, site: http://www.osha.gov/html/faq-hazwoper.html ), bloodborne pathogen training, EPA certifications to generate biohazardous waste and transport, methlab certification training (I looked at this guy’s site: http://www.biocleanservices.com/qualifications.html ).
Since you're a nurse were you able to bypass a lot of this training seeing how we learn this in school, and in job orientations. Every requirement site I've checked seems to be very illegitimate seeing how this industry is not very mature yet. Any information on the types of requirements would be greatly appreciated. Please feel free to contact me at your earliest convenience through allnurses.com or the email below.
Thank you,

- Hello Kyrshamarks, My wife and I have been interested in this business for about 6 years now and have not been able to find out enough information to start a business doing it. We own a roofing company in Kansas City and my wife has a degree in Psychology and is working on her masters in social work. After reading the article we would like to have a personal converstion with you and possible even come out and spend some time with you and your team to learn for a few days. The start up costs is not an issue, but it was always just finding out how to get it started. Please email me back at richard@kcroofcare.com or feel free to call me toll free at 866-750-3626 to discuss this. Again thank you for the article and we certainly look forward to learning from you. By the way where are you located? I recently heard that KC was in the top 5 for murder in the US now. Please contaact us as soon as you can.
Thank You,
Richard - Hi Kyrshamarks
Myself and a fellow nurse have been brainstorming biz ideas. We are very much intrested in using our RN to start a biz and stop braking our backs for pennies. We would be intrested in talking more with you about the biz, if you don't mind. Awesome story.
Thanks, sbham@ymail.com - Hi,

Thank you for your inspiring post regarding your business. I am in nursing and also a website designer (www.preciouscomputerservices.com) . I would be more than happy to design you a website, marketing collateral, etc. Perhaps at no cost at all! I am in the San Francisco Bay Area (California). I would love to learn the ropes of the business from you, and perhaps even help you expand your business around my area.
Looking forward to speaking with you!
