I applied thru POEA, get a list of requirements in POEA, complete those and submit it to POEA...They are the one's who will submit your documents to SRO, and then, wait for a text msg from SRO about your interview and exam schedule, that's it...The thing is, you will never know where will you be assigned in MOH(Ministry of Health) if you will be hired by them, but the benefits and salary is much better than MOH-HOP (Hospital Operations Program) except you are aware which hospital you'll be assigned....Working environment, at first it is difficult, because of the language, it is a must to learn the language.
