    Hi Netty78,
    Congrats on your new job. I assume you will be working with Medicaid patients, as that is what most state employed case managers do. I work in North Carolina with a program called Community Care. Work with adults and children. The kids are the biggest challenge. These messages are limited to space, so please contact me at Silty1@AOL.com and I will give you a few hints. You are in for a real adventure, but I love my job, wouldn't trade it for any other.
