OK, then what are they going to make the SICU side of I6? Is it going to be more neuro beds? 6Center is going to be a ICU and not a stepdown unit come mid may. This is going to be interesting.

Oh you didn't hear that they are moving the CT SICU to the new unit on P5 and I6 is going back to P4? Yep, plans have changed.

Thanks for the info. I applied for a per diem position for Garden City hospital through an agency. I think orientation is once a month. I think one of the agency nurses I work with had worked there before. It would be for ICU. I can't imagine it to be that "intensive" since its a small hospital. My surgery is May 26. I'll be off for a month and I can't wait. I need a vacation, my co-workers are getting on my nerves and the 6 Ps crap is not helping.

Wazzup? Did you work last night? I've been off since Saturday then I go back on Christmas Eve, day shift. I can't find anyone to work my day shift so I can work night shift on the holiday. I hate days.
