    Thank you for the info, I will apply to Kaiser and Queens, heck anything. I'm finishing up a refresher course now. Did you know castle med has three openings in l and d? but want experience they'd rather pay the high cost of agency nurse than train..
    good luck to you, i hear queens pays 45/hr after two years, a friend of mine works icu.

    Hmmm I am a new grad RN, but I am consider regular staff RN. I got 6-8 weeks of training which is shorter than most new-grad programs. Not sure if this is the amount of training for experienced RN, I am sure its shorter. Kaiser does not offer formal classes, it is pretty informal. But the staff is great, environment for learning is great and manager is great! Are you looking for new grad at Kaiser? Most of the jobs wont specify its for new grad and its usually a call-in or part-time possiton, so just apply and if the manager interviews you, then your lucky.
