Just remember, we all see things differently we react differently but we are all working for the same outcome, usually the health of a patient and keeping our sanity for 8 to 12 hours. Lets all work together.

Hello Fellow Lifesavers.
We are just like a pack of life savers. Many colors, sweet, sour, there when you want one... you get the idea. If you are reading this you have made a choice to care for the blood sweat and tears of others while shedding your own.
Some days will be wonderful and some will be horrible. Everyday thank those you work with for doing a good job, encourage those that need a push, show them a better way: be the leader and teacher you are. Don't sweat not getting on the "great 100 nurse list" that comes out in your community. It's fluff. when another nurse says, You can take care of me, ANY DAY! Then you know you have earned respect and your skills are impeccable. You have 'made it'.
